The Homes at Pride Point and Progress Point

When it comes to urban renewal and helping communities, Zerodraft Insulation LLC is proud to be chosen as a preferred vendor on projects that are helping to revitalize their community. The planned modernization of The Homes at Progress Point and Pride Point (formerly known as Bates Woods Apartments) will eliminate environmental hazards and permanently preserve 302 units of affordable rental housing.
Zerodraft Insulation LLC insulation professionals are responsible for the installation of all the fiberglass wall insulation as well as blown cellulose for the attic spaces in all the units in both subdivisions.
Along with the insulation upgrades provided by Zerodraft, other improvements to both locations include substantial energy improvements like Energy Star appliances, energy efficient lighting, new high efficiency furnaces and hot water systems.
These improvements should reduce the current utility costs for the development as much as one half and also reduce the amount of State fuel assistance required. Zerodraft Insulation LLC is proud to be part of this initiative that includes Carabetta Bros Inc Builders and Developers, The City of New London, CT, The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, The Department of Economic and Community Development in a project that is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment act.
